Keepit Cancellation Policy

• Each Keepit order is treated individually.
• An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed only. After 24-hours, no cancellations nor modifications are accepted.
• Once an order is cancelled within 24 hours, a 100% refund will be provided.

Keepit Subscriptions Characteristics

• Subscription term is 1 year by default.
• Subscriptions are price-protected for the entire billing period. Price might change on renewal.
• You can increase the license count of the subscription at any point in time during the subscription term. In this case, the cost will be prorated based on the subscription's anniversary date.
• Subscriptions are not auto-renewed by default.
• The end customers receive renewal notifications from Keepit. MC3 will also send renewal notifications to our Resellers.
• Reseller is responsible to confirm with the end customer if they wish continue with the subscription.
• If MC3 does not receive confirmation of renewal from the Reseller at least 3 business days prior to the anniversary date of the subscription, MC3 does not guarantee that the service will be renewed on time with Keepit.
• If a renewal order is not processed before the anniversary date of the subscription, the end customer account will be automatically disabled and all backups will be marked for deletion in the next 30 days.
